Xertz will provide a refund or replacement only if one is requested within 1 day of the receipt of your order and only under the conditions listen below.

  • If damaged product received.
    • Items should not be installed or used.
    • All the items delivered inside the package should be returned. Anything missing from the package will not be accepted.
  • Wrong product received.
  • Delayed delivery of the product
    • In case the product is not received, you can cancel the order and the full amount will be refunded back to you within 14 working days. (Xertz is not responsible for delays in refund processing because of delays caused by banks, calamities or national holidays).

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact Xertz Customer Care immediately. You can reach out to us at https://www.xertz.in/support/ with your order ID and images of the product. Xertz will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
If you believe that the packaging of your order has been tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to take delivery of the package and submit a ticket at https://www.xertz.in/support/ mentioning your order ID. Xertz will dispatch a replacement or initiate a refund immediately.
