In order to log in you have to register on the Xertz website and become a user. Create your account by going to My Account. Use the same email id that you entered when placing your order on the xertz store. Once you create an account you will be able to log in and view all relevant information about your past order(s).
If you want to change your product colour cancel your order before the order is dispatched, and place the order again with the product colour you want. *Product Colour cannot be changed once the product has been dispatched from our warehouse.
